Initial Deposit: 30% of total package cost due upon signing contract to secure date and services.

Second Payment: 40% due 60 days before the wedding date.

Final Payment: Remaining 30% due 14 days before the wedding date.

Payment Methods: Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Cash payments accepted.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

Cancellation 90+ days before: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.

Cancellation 60-89 days before: 50% refund of total amount paid.

Cancellation 30-59 days before: 25% refund of total amount paid.

Cancellation less than 30 days: No refund available.

Postponements: Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Our Network: We work with pre-vetted, trusted vendors who meet our quality and affordability standards.

Client Choice: Clients are free to use their own vendors with prior approval.

Vendor Changes: Any vendor substitutions must be communicated 30 days in advance.

Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of services from our recommended vendors.

Disputes: We mediate any disputes between clients and vendors in our network.

Equipment Rental: All rented items must be returned in original condition within 24 hours of event.

Damage Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for certain high-value rentals.

Inspection: Items will be inspected upon return and any damages will be documented.

Replacement Cost: Damaged or lost items will be charged at replacement value.

Timeline: Service timelines will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing.

Changes: Any changes to services must be requested in writing at least 14 days in advance.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.

Client Cooperation: Clients must provide necessary information and access as needed.

Communication: We commit to regular updates and prompt responses to client inquiries.

Service Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of services contracted.

Third Party Actions: We are not responsible for actions of third-party vendors outside our direct control.

Insurance: We maintain professional liability insurance for our direct services.

Client Responsibility: Clients are encouraged to obtain their own event insurance.

Property Damage: Venue damage caused by our team will be covered by our insurance.

Photography Rights: We reserve the right to use event photos for marketing purposes unless explicitly declined.

Design Work: All custom designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Client Materials: We respect client-provided materials and will not use them beyond the contracted services.

Portfolio Usage: Selected images may be used in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality: We maintain confidentiality of all client personal information and event details.
